As many C coders, I like the GNU/indent tool. It allows multiple coders to have the same code indentation style only providing a command line. moreover, it indents code without taking into account the user-specific IDE. It only needs source files (reminder: code is no more than text files)
As a latex user, I was searching for such a tool. But querying your favorite search engine with "indent" "GNU" and "latex" leads to several text formating problems. There is the tool I found a few days ago: latexindent.
